It was a quiet day in the California Sea Lion colony. The sun was shining through broken clouds. It was time to bask in the sun.

I love that first shot, where she is getting the sun on her chin!! Just makes me smile!
I hardly ever think of sea lion colonies as "quiet," but I realize all things are relative. :) Great series on beautiful animals!
